No. If you've already generated a report type for the same person, the system shows your existing report without charging Keys. You only pay once per report type per profile.

Yes — the refund window is 14 days from purchase. Unspent Keys are refundable; Keys already applied toward a generated report are non-refundable. An incorrect or duplicate charge is refundable at any time, regardless of the 14-day window. Email hello@dsoulk.com and we reply within 1–3 working days.

Yes — Keys are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each top-up carries its own 12-month validity, and older Keys are always used first. This is disclosed at top-up and shown on your Keys balance page.

No. Each report is generated once and saved to your account exactly as delivered. Later engine or app updates only affect reports generated after that update — reports you already have never change.

The Life Balance chart shows your natural energy across 8 dimensions: Career, Wealth, Relationships, Health, Creativity, Stability, Growth, and Timing. Higher scores indicate natural strength. Lower scores indicate growth opportunities — not weaknesses. It's not a performance grade.

Your city allows solar time correction — the difference between clock time and true astronomical time at your location. For example, Singapore clock time 8:58 AM is actually solar time 7:53 AM, a 65-minute difference that can change your hourly energy cycle. Adding your city completes another layer of your chart.

However, two people born at the same time and place will live different lives — because upbringing, environment, free will, and the people around you all shape how your energy expresses itself. dSoulK is a compass for self-awareness, not a fixed prediction. If you were born between 11 PM and 1 AM, your reading may vary slightly depending on the day boundary convention used. dSoulK follows the modern convention where the day changes at midnight (12:00 AM), consistent with international timekeeping. Some traditional practitioners use 11 PM as the boundary — if your reading doesn't feel quite right and you were born in this window, this may be why.

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Singapore. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
